The Community Foundation has offered specialized workshops and coaching sessions with local, regional and national experts since 2011. We are committed to helping organizations build the leadership, systems and capacity they need to serve Hancock County today and into the future. When organizations grow stronger, they can reach more people, respond more effectively to community needs and create lasting impact. That's how we make more possible together.
Workshops range from fundraising and marketing to governance and more, for directors, staff, board members, aspiring leaders and beyond.
The Foundation offers up to four coaching sessions per year for nonprofits serving Hancock County, at no cost to organizations.
Nonprofits can apply for funds to participate in experiences relevant to their individual leaders or organizations, rather than the entire nonprofit community.
