Scholarship Search

The scholarship is for a female who is currently employed and wishes to pursue a degree that will improve her profession, income, or standard of life. The applicant must reside in Hancock County and must be 23 years or older.

This scholarship will support a graduate of a school in Hancock County who is the child of a law enforcement officer or first responder. The student must also have a minimum 3.0 GPA and participate in church activities.

The applicant must demonstrate hard work, good citizenship, dependability, and good character. The applicant must be a full-time student enrolled in, or accepted for admission in, the Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law.

This scholarship will support Arlington High School graduates attending Bowling Green State University.

​The applicant must be a Findlay High School graduate. The applicant must be a full or part-time student attending a college/university or technical/community college pursuing a degree in Education.

​The applicant must be a high school graduate from a school located in Hancock County. May be a graduating high school senior who will pursue a pre-law degree at an accredited college or university or a college graduate who will begin their first year of law school.

The applicant must be a high school graduate from a school located in Hancock County. The applicant must be a full-time student attending a four-year accredited university or college pursuing a degree in secondary level education, specifically, a degree in English or in a related field such as written and/or oral communications, foreign language, or creative writing.

​The applicant must be a graduate of a state chartered high school located in Hancock County. The applicant must plan to be a full-time student enrolled for at least their second year towards a nursing degree at an accredited college or university.

This scholarship will support a graduate of Arlington High School who intends to pursue a degree in science and/or engineering, who has a minimum 3.0 GPA, participates in community/volunteer service, and demonstrates financial need.

This scholarship is to recognize the accomplishments of a graduate of Hancock County schools who will study Historic Preservation, Architecture, or History Education.

​The applicant must be a graduating senior of OR graduate of ­­­­­­­­a high school located in Hancock County or a home schooled or online student who resided in Hancock County. The applicant must be pursuing a career in the culinary arts.

The applicant must live in Hancock County and be a high school graduate of a school located in Hancock County. Students funding their own educational opportunities will receive priority consideration.

The scholarship supports students in the medical field in Ohio or Michigan who will be participating in a medical mission trip. Priority will be given to pharmacy or nursing students.

The applicant must plan to be a full-time student enrolled for at least their third year at an accredited four year college or university. The applicant must be majoring in a science, math, or any engineering field.

​The applicant must be a graduating senior of OR graduate of ­­­­­­­­a state-chartered public or private school located within Hancock County. The applicant must be pursuing a career in the medical field.

The applicant must be a Findlay High School graduating senior or a Findlay High School graduate pursuing a degree in social studies or writing.

The applicant must be a high school graduating senior or a graduate of a state charted school located in Hancock County. The applicant must be a student currently enrolled or enrolled during high school in the culinary art program at The Millstream Career Center.

This scholarship is for Fresh Encounter Inc. employees and family members. ​Preference may be given to an applicant planning to major in agriculture, agribusiness, food service management, business, wholesale or retail business, or the independent grocer business.

This scholarship will support a graduating senior or graduate of an Ohio high school pursuing education in environmental/energy law, music or social work. The applicant must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and demonstrate community/volunteer service participation.

​Applicants must currently be employed by Findlay City Schools and have been for a minimum of three successive school years. All applicants must also have applied for and been accepted into a graduate degree program at an institution of higher learning for obtaining a masters or doctorate degree in a field of study for which the applying teacher is certified to teach or can be certified to teach upon completion of the degree.

Applicants must currently be employed by the Hancock County Educational Service Center or one of the 8 local schools in Hancock County and have been for a minimum of three successive school years. All applicants must also have applied for and been accepted into a graduate degree program at an institution of higher learning for obtaining a masters or doctorate degree in a field of study for which the applying teacher is certified to teach or can be certified to teach upon completion of the degree.

The applicant must be a high school graduate of a state-chartered city or county school in Hancock County because Dr. Shoupe loved Hancock County. The applicant must be enrolled in or accepted for admission in an accredited graduate or professional institution.

​The applicant must be a graduate of a high school located in Hancock County or a home schooled or online student who resides in Hancock County. Preference will be given to Findlay High School graduates. The applicant must plan to be a full-time student enrolled at the Ohio State University.

​The applicant must be a member or employee, or the child or grandchild of a member or employee of Legacy Farmers Cooperative. The applicant must be an undergraduate student entering at least their sophomore year.

The purpose of this scholarship fund is to assist McComb High School graduating seniors who are pursuing a four year degree in agriculture, business, education, engineering or healthcare.

​The applicant must plan to be enrolled at any accredited technical, two-year, four-year, or post-graduate degree institution. The applicant must be able to document their achievements, participation in church and other organizations and volunteer service in the community.

The applicant must be a graduating senior of or a graduate from a county school located in Hancock County. The applicant must be pursuing their degree in speech, occupational or physical therapy, or special education, with the goal of working with children.
