Change occurs as a process, not as an event. Organizational change does not happen instantaneously because a person or an organization attends training. The ongoing coaching relationship of the organizational strengthening process allows agencies to learn best practices from regional/national experts, experiment with implementation of the new ideas within their agencies, reflect on the outcomes with the coaches, and continue to refine the process.
