Strategic Marketing Bootcamp
May 15-16, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
at The Community Foundation
Presented by Lindsay LaShell, Open Lines Marketing
This collaboration model is designed to take away the guesswork, the avoidance, the imposter syndrome, and the uncertainty that prevent new and small organizations from investing in the marketing that will sustain us. Sometimes, the result is that we simply skip marketing in favor of the things we are more comfortable with, other times, we just do what seems like the right thing because we see others do it. Either way, we’re missing out on an opportunity to make our business more sustainable.
The bootcamp is for you if:
- Marketing approaches that have worked fine for years have suddenly stopped working or require too many resources to implement.
- Your current marketing efforts yield unpredictable results and you see an opportunity to be more strategic in order to get more impact.
- You’re experiencing a transition in your organization and you need a strategic plan to ensure opportunity and growth.
- You’re launching new services or products or onboarding new team members and need guidance planning an actionable messaging approach.
- You’ve recently completed a rebranding effort and now you need a marketing plan to get that brand in front of your audiences in a consistent and meaningful way.
Day 1 - boot camp content
Day 2 - work day and coaching (optional and open to participants only)
There course is limited to up to two participants from 12 local organizations. To apply, fill out the form below. Foundation staff will follow up on your application in January.
