This fund was established in memory of Michael J. Rossi. Mike was a loving husband and father. One of his passions in life was to grow roots in his community so that his children would grow up in a loving, supportive, and safe environment.

This scholarship will support a student in the Electrical Engineering program at the University of Toledo.

Standards for Determining Eligibility

• The applicant must be accepted into the Electrical Engineering program at the University of Toledo.
• The applicant must be a citizen of the United States of America.
• Preference will be given to an applicant from Wood County, OH.
• Any student who receives a full scholarship that includes all the fees normally payable by the policy of The Community Foundation will not qualify for this Scholarship.
