Arlington School Foundation - Kyle Rogers Memorial Social Studies Fund

Established in 2012 This fund was established in memory of Kyle by his family and the Arlington School Foundation. Kyle graduated from Ohio Northern University in 1982 with a bachelor's degree in history. Seven years later he received his master's degree from University of Dayton in counseling. Following graduation, Kyle taught Junior High and 11th grade history at Arlington Local School. He also spent countless hours coaching and mentoring young men and women in basketball and track. Kyle was a beloved teacher, coach, mentor, and friend to many students over his 28 years at Arlington High school. During his career at Arlington, Kyle received many awards, including the "Most Influential Teacher" award several times. When he wasn't coaching or teaching, Kyle enjoyed time with his wife, participating in athletic activities, listening to music and DJ-ing, fishing, and watching his children participate in all of their activities. Proceeds from this fund will support social studies education to present and future Arlington students.
